This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for in-app purchases (recharges/top-ups) and subscriptions made exclusively through Google Play.
By making a purchase in BeNow, you agree to this policy.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated below, all digital purchases within BeNow are final and non-refundable.

Although digital goods are generally non-refundable, BeNow may review refund requests under the following limited circumstances:
You were successfully charged by Google Play, but the purchased Coins/VIP status/virtual items were not credited to your BeNow account due to a verified system error, server issue, or network failure.
If Google Play confirms that a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to Google’s investigation and verification process.
Note: Final refund approval remains subject to Google Play’s payment policies and technical confirmation.
For purchases made within the last 48 hours, Google Play may allow you to request a refund directly:

If Google Play cannot process the refund, or if you experienced a non-delivery issue, please contact BeNow Support within 7 days of the transaction and provide:

All BeNow VIP / Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing and managed entirely by Google Play.
