This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and billing issues for in-app purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play.

App Name: BeNow

Scope: This policy applies to purchases and subscriptions completed via the Google Play Store.

1. Introduction

Welcome to BeNow. We are committed to providing a secure and enjoyable social experience.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for in-app purchases (recharges/top-ups) and subscriptions made exclusively through Google Play.

By making a purchase in BeNow, you agree to this policy.

2. No Refund on Digital Goods

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated below, all digital purchases within BeNow are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Virtual currency (Coins, Gems, Diamonds, etc.)
  • Virtual gifts
  • VIP / Premium memberships
  • Any other virtual items or privileges

Important Clarifications

  • Immediate Consumption: Virtual currency and virtual items are considered consumed immediately once they are successfully credited to your BeNow account.
  • Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money (INR/USD or any other currency) and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • User Responsibility: We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, misunderstanding of features, or account suspension/ban due to violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund Review

Although digital goods are generally non-refundable, BeNow may review refund requests under the following limited circumstances:

a. Item Not Received (Non-Delivery)

You were successfully charged by Google Play, but the purchased Coins/VIP status/virtual items were not credited to your BeNow account due to a verified system error, server issue, or network failure.

b. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If Google Play confirms that a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to Google’s investigation and verification process.

Note: Final refund approval remains subject to Google Play’s payment policies and technical confirmation.

4. How to Request a Refund

Option A: Request via Google Play (Recommended)

For purchases made within the last 48 hours, Google Play may allow you to request a refund directly:

  1. Go to play.google.com
  2. Open Account → Payments & subscriptions → Order history
  3. Find the relevant transaction
  4. Select “Report a problem” or “Request a refund”

Google Play will determine eligibility according to its own policies.

Option B: Contact BeNow Support

If Google Play cannot process the refund, or if you experienced a non-delivery issue, please contact BeNow Support within 7 days of the transaction and provide:

  • Google Play Order ID (example: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567)
  • BeNow User ID (UID)
  • Screenshot or copy of the Google Play payment receipt

Incomplete requests may not be processed.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Auto-Renewal

All BeNow VIP / Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing and managed entirely by Google Play.

How to Cancel

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your Profile icon
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Select BeNow
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation stops future billing only.
  • You will retain access to VIP features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days in an active subscription.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, or card) through Google Play.
  • Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Processing times are controlled by Google Play and financial institutions.
